All trailers are FULLY WELDED and hot-dipped galvanized. The Tuff Trailer is made from 2 sheets of 2.5mm checker plate that have been seam welded and folded to make the floor and 300mm x 2.5 mm sides. This design eliminates any joins where the side meets the floor, preventing rust.
